It's Your Home, Trust no other.

Our licensed and certified installers do more than slap it together and call it good. They create a home site that both satisfies all manufacturers requirements, fits the space provided perfectly and that embodies your personal aesthetic while incorporating the rules and regulations set out by HUD.

HUD  Mission: “To protect the quality, durability, safety, and affordability of manufactured homes and facilitate the availability of affordable manufactured homes and to increase homeownership for all Americans.”
(NATIONAL MANUFACTURED HOME CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETY STANDARDS ACT OF 1974 (AS AMENDED IN 2000), 42 U.S.C. 5401)

                      Your dream + our process

Don’t trust your dream project to just any contractor that says they know what they are doing. We take HUD regulations seriously and will settle for nothing less than perfection.
During this long and sometimes hectic process it is vital to us to ensure collaboration occurs at every critical junction and that you’re informed every step of the way.

Plan
Our planning process begins with the manufacturer’s detailed instructions, HUD codes, and local building codes. You’ll collaborate with our HUD certified Installers to meticulously plan every detail without breaking any codes or your budget.

The planning phase happens like this:
  • Initial consultation between you and TandT's Owner and Certified Installer
  • A plan and budget will be agreed upon between us and HUD and ST authorities.
  • Follow up meeting with you to answer questions and get your stamp of approval

Manufactured Homes were the first "Tiny Homes" and should be recognised as an acceptable if not commendable lifestyle choice! Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle!
